plain idea or an epiphany?

Bluntly: Figured, why not post art on here?

I'll get at that soon. After all I draw more than I write.

With love,
Collin

Alex Pardee

Is the most inspiring/inspired person ever. Check out his art at eyesunkink.com (I think) just google alex pardee. His personal art is better than his commercial I think. Also I follow his blog so there should be a link off of here.

go and do

Hmmm yes...

So the title for this post was inspired by my favorite character of all time, Doctor Barber. He is from The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. What a show. hmm yes...
well my sincerest apologies I have not been on here for the longest of eternities. My computer crashed and my house burned down and all my pants were stollen by a pink monster. So I guess in this episode I will just update y'all on some factiods.

Well SMUG has a dance on the 20th this month. It'll be wicked. And also SMUG is working with Proving Grounds and Sophie Stay Alive to set up a concert/dance for charity. The donations ought to be heading to the RED CROSS and then prolly to those Haitians. If it works out it will be fairly epic.

I got my hair cut. For those of you who know me my bangs were over 6 inches... now they dont exist.

It is finally warming up. Thus I can skate again. Oh love I am back for my addiction.

I need a job. I am looking so if you know where I can work then let me know. As long as its not washing old people.

Well I gatta go work on my Computer Tech assignment so I'll get back on later.

The Misadventures of S.M.U.G.!

For those of you imbeciles who are unaware of what S.M.U.G. is, it is the dances that Tim Thompson, Michael Hill, and I Dj. We oft go on adventures, and thus I thought it a capital idea if I were to share them with you, in the form of occasional, spiratic mini-sodes so to speak.

EPISODE 1: DISEASED MAMAL

We, the gang, were out enjoying ourselves when upon entering my garage, we did find a rodent that had passed away. It's death was the unfortunate occurrence of a harmful substance entering it's body. POISONING! Clearly the work of the matriarchal dictator ruling said garage attached to previously unsaid house. MY MOTHER! The dead rodent, a common field mouse, was exceptionally winsome. After procuring a protective glove upon my left hand, I proceeded to pick it up. It was cuter up close.

Out of respect to our fallen comrade, we decided on a proper burial. In a field, known as 'The Moon', near my place of residence, we dug a hole. In the hole we placed the dead mouse, inside his cardboard coffin, into the ground. Tears were shed, good words were shared, and so the ceremony ended. And thus concludes this adventure.

Scream

Did I mention that I like screamo music? Well I do. Like 'All that Remains' and 'Attack Attack' (sad day attack attack's lead screamer quit the band like 2 days ago, joined 'Of Mice and Men') <--Which I haven't listened to yet. Might I also recommend 'Asking Alexandria' or 'Sophie Stay Alive' (<-shout out) and ect. Those are all great and many more are to... The kid you really oughta talk to about Screamo is CHAD STYLER. That kid has got the goods. And only the goods.

LSDj

So there is an under-appreciated music genre called Chiptune aka 8bit music. I personally am a huge fan. Big enough the start making it myself? Indubitably. So I make it on my BLACK Gameboy classic, with the Tracking program known as LSDj (little sound Dj) . Which is a Tracker made especially for the making of Chiptune live on your gameboy. So I found this site Kitsch-Bent that specializes in chiptune supplies. So I purchased a blank GBC cartridge from them and they Flashed the LSDj ROM on it for free! hip hip hoora!

Just thought I'd let you know,
Collin

PS if you have any questions on sources or info about CHIPTUNE email me at pkmcollin@gmial.com

Poem anyone?

Just wrote this poem for the class of the English language studies (English 10th grade (honors)).

so there is no title for it yet, but I was considering "Falcon."

here goes,

So the tree,
Looming over head,
Reminds me of my loss.
I take off,
All in sight,
Miles of therapy pass.
And then seeing the tree,
Underfoot. But where skies past,
I set my shadow in his sight,
To let know I am near,
Watching, Pondering, Longing.
Carnivores cut, and I,
Weep.
O perturbed Homicide,
Natures laws, grief.
How the stirring the emotions,
Rash decisions,
To let go,
Is to be free.
And thus I fall.

This is my ridiculously cute punkin. I know this post is a little late, but nevertheless, I wanted to share with you my Jack-o-lantern. Is he not the dizziest cute little fruit gourd thing you've ever seen? Of course he is.

Cartoon War: Collin wins

Ever heard of a cartoon war? Yeah, neither had I until I met this chick Maddey Martinez in my Health class. So this is what we do every Health class, the whole time. Because Health is a waste of a class anyways, right? Right. Anyways you start with a blank paper. Then you draw a little version of you and a little version of you opponent on the paper. Who ever DID NOT draw the people gets first move. All you do is try and "win." I put it in quotes because it's kind of a loose term. Anything goes from insults written about them, to flesh wound, to the super-natural. Then you attack or defend your person, taking turns of course, until someone is ultimately dead. So I posted a pic of one of the battles. As you can tell they can get pretty, uh, (insert your own adverb here.) I think I actually won this one. Impressive I know. Especially since this chick can get pretty gnarly in her jabs. So go, have fun with this. Get your friends together and kill each other on paper, in cartoon form. And feel free to use one of my personal favorite moves : Psychic powers cause opponent's head to fall off. It's a "gooden."

I will Love You Long Time, Love You Long Time.

There is a fantastic band that has changed the life's of hundreds as it has traveled across the Western United States. Raved about in the underground. Loved by many. Sponsored by the great. LOVE YOU LONG TIME was the next big thing in Techno Pop/hip hop. I am sad to announce that they are having the last of their concerts this next week. If you have ever been to a LYLT concert you know what I mean when I say that they are some of the best. There music is up-beat and great for dancing. And their crowd interaction makes you feel like a star.

So feel free to mourn with me and post your comments about them. Be sure to check out their Myspace. Myspace.com/loveyoulongtime it is most excellent. Especially "All Night"

I don't think so

My email is not squidnacious@hotmail.com... It is really pkmcollin@gmail.com

Kid 606

Well Kid 606 is a rave artist, who has been going through my head like crazy for like...hmm... 3 days? Yes. Check out his music. May I suggest the "Die Sound Boy Die" album? ("Sound-boy could be one word. My Apologies.) It is good. Lots of bass. It's Fantastic!

P.S. do check out my dear sister's blog. It would greatly lift her spirits as she is fighting Stickittodamaniousis. Poor girl. I believe it is called "A Sydish Life."

psyched much?

Indeed. Yeah I am pretty psyched about this. Hopefully I will become addicted and post about EVERYTHING. But then again, perhaps not.
